In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, will shield you from the stress and re-rent the property promptly. This is one of the biggest challenges and risks of renting your property.

We screen our tenants by reviewing their credit score, pulling a national criminal background check, verifying proof of income and employment, assessing past rental history and more to significantly reduce the risk of eviction. However, they can still occur. We offer our Eviction Protection Program for risk mitigation and will reimburse you up to $750.00 in eviction legal fees if these costs exceed the amount of the tenants’ security deposit. A small annual fee safeguards you against these potential expenses, effectively paying for itself many times over if the need arises. Rent Collection

We ensure a smooth rent collection process for our owners. Tenants can conveniently pay online or in person, with rent due by the 1st of each month and a 5-day grace period to account for weekends or holidays. We diligently track payments and promptly address any late or NSF issues. Owner payments are processed promptly, ensuring a steady and reliable income.
