With our detailed financial reporting tools, including a personalized owner portal, monitoring your investment has never been easier. Log into your owner portal for quick access to transactions, inspection reports, and other documents and stay informed with how your investment is performing.

Eviction Protection

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will cover the cost of legal fees for a simple uncontested eviction (some restrictions apply) and ensure your investment is protected.

Rent Collection

We ensure a smooth rent collection process for our owners. Tenants can conveniently pay online or in person, with rent due by the 1st of each month and a 5-day grace period to account for weekends or holidays. We diligently track payments and promptly address any late or NSF issues. Owner payments are processed promptly, ensuring a steady and reliable income.
